I love this impact. I work as a service technician and when I was going through training I ordered this impact and me and my trainer started using it because his kobolt couldnt break the nuts loose. Ive worked with several other technicians and Ive used almost every brand and me being a big Milwaukee fan boy this is the way to go for cordless options. Only downside is the batteries arent the easiest to get since you cant go to any hardware store and buy them but this is definitely the tool you need to break out when nothing else will work.

So I bought this thinking IR IS TOP OF THE LINE. I work as a mechanic in a mine. Had this impact a month was busy some bolts lose on a flange and it broke stopped impacting while the motor still ran. Got it sent off through warranty will see what happens from there.

Absoluteley love this thing! All the other guys in the shop have the 'Other Two' brands of cordless impacts that most people purchase. The truck brand and the infamous red one. Have tried both but Ingersoll wins hands down! Reverse torque power, battery life, impact settings and the halo light are an added bonus. Only con would be the weight vs the other two, a little heavier but the head angle overcomes that. If the weight of the tool isnt a factor for you then this thing is a no brainer hands down. An the price point is incredibly hard to beat for the quality of tool you will be getting.

I love this way better than the milwaukee. its stronger and more reliable than any other impact ive owned or know of anyone having. It is a little pricey though
