Have been very pleased with the bench and baskets. It works perfectly in our entry beside the door, so have a place to sit and put on boots. The baskets are versatile-I have taken one out completly and used it on top of our hall tree. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hall bench.

Probably this item deserves 4 stars instead of 5, as it is not perfection and it was quite pricey for the quality. But everything is, nowadays...It shipped fast, arrived perfect, was easy to assemble -at least after years of Ikea training- and looks reasonably good. I was determined to find a cushion for the top and, since I cannot sew (like not even patch a hole in a sock...), I decided to look online and I have found "The Morgan Bench cushion" by Plumstruck at Walmart online ($39.99). Although the size given by the vendor did not perfectly match the top of the bench, when the cushion arrived, it fit pretty well. Overall, I am very happy with this item.

Bought as Christmas present for Daughter's family. Used at entryway to house, from garage. Used by three grandsons for shoes, boots, and other misc items. Looks great! Also, bought coat tree with matching expresso color so they had place for all items upon entering house.

Looks great, got what I paid for. They are not meant to be expensive furniture, but are very nice for the price. I did put felt pads on the bottom of the baskets to prevent scratching

This isn't top quality furniture, but I didn't expect it to be. It is better than I expected it to be. It's well designed, well finished, and engineered to assembly very solidly. A sturdy piece of furniture, as I should be for something we are on and off all the time. As other reviewers stated, the baskets aren't really big enough for my size 11 shoes. So, I put mine on the shelf and my wife gets the baskets. It works very well.Recommended.

We bought this bench to help organize a small entry way. Works perfectly. Was worried about the quality considering the reasonable price, but was pleasantly surprised - love this bench. Easy to put together.

First a great price to begin with, and very easy assembly. Finish is very nice, deep walnut look.No blemishes. Only took about 30 minutes to assemble. Great packaging, no damage during shipment. Baskets are sort of cheap feeling, but, the quality of the bench makes up for it, I'd rather have a better bench and cheap baskets than the other way around. Although meant to sit on to remove shoes, if you're a huge adult, it'll hold you, but why push it. For kids, it's fine. Very good size too,,,,for the price and value. I'd order again.

This is a very pretty little bench (and it is little). It's definitely not made of the most quality products. My husband usually puts things together for me, but I decided to do this one. It wasn't too difficult, but the pieces don't fit together very well. The wood screws are too short, so it doesn't hold very well. I sat on it (185 lbs) but didn't feel very secure. The baskets are very scratchy...I plan to put felt on the bottom of the baskets so they don't scratch the wood all up. It suits its purpose for what it is and for the price. I am mostly happy with it.
