The unit was well packaged and arrived In good shape. Materials were generally of good quality, and the finish is good with a nice luster to it that makes it easy to clean. Two small complaints kept it from getting the fifth star... It has that cheesy fiberboard backing that I hate (I thought since it was a bench it would have real wood backing for added support, but even without support seems good-- I weigh 195 and it feels very secure under me). The other complaint is the baskets it comes with are shorter than the usual fabric cubes.... If I had it to do over again I would buy the version without baskets and buy my own. Those quibbles aside, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
