This little Silicon Spatula is perfect when you bake cheesecakes in a spring form. I use it gently around the rim of the cake when my cake just comes out of the oven. KUDOS!

I like these. Soft edge to stiffer toward the handle. I needed something to separate the edge of a cake from sticking to a teflon pan. I ruined my nonstick tube pan with butter knives, frosting spreader, etc.
