Both my teens play high school ball with the standard size football, but they love taking this ball to the pool and beach.

This is a JUNIOR football. A lot of reviews are complaining that it isn't small. If you want something smaller, you need a PEEWEE football, or just a toy. Footballs go by size, for age and division. This football fits the description provided. It's the right size, and it's durable.

I got this thinking it was different size then a regular football but it's not . Don't get me wrong it a good football and good quality just not smaller like I was expecting.

I bought a professional size before. My son said the ball was too big and too hard for fear of hurting his friends who played with him, so I bought this again. He liked it very much, and that was enough.

I got a mini football similar to this one when I was a kid (about 30 years ago). I can't say I was that football kid that carried it around everywhere I went, but it got it's fair share of use. It's held up well over the years. Well enough, in fact, that my daughter started bringing it to school and using it for a while. Unfortunately, the rubber seams started breaking off so it was finally time for a replacement. I found this particular product to be the closest thing to what we had before, aside from the color. It is only slightly larger, but not so big that my 10 year old child couldn't use it easily. The seams are rubber and fused to the ball itself so I suspect it will hold up just as well as my old one. Maybe someday my daughter will be replacing this one when her kids finally wear it out.
