Cover plates are fine, but they come with silver screws. Duh. I painted mine black to match, but seems they ought to be black to begin with.

Works as expected, almost. Functions fine. The reason I only give it 4 stars is because I couldn't get the plate to sit flush against the wall. The screw bosses for the brush assemblies protrude beyond the back face of the outer plate. I had to grind them down a bit to improve the situation. Not perfect, but it's on a ceiling so the slight gap isn't noticeable. I purchased a white one I from a different manufacturer and it had the same issue.

The screws that came with the unit do not match the face plate & are not entirely flush with it either. They stick out a bit, which forced me to go find new screws that match which was a little tough to find something flush & the right color. Ended up painting a few of them so they matched.
