The best product I've found for releasing trigger points under shoulder blades! I've never been able to release my own trigger points under my shoulder blades and have had to endure blinding pain referring to my eye until I could find someone to help me. This allows me to help myself and prevent the excessive tension. I highly recommend!

As a massage therapist, this really does an amazing job of working areas that need a deep touch. Psoas, glutes, all hip areas. It's a great addition to a foam roller and lacrosse ball. It sticks up against the wall nicely if you need to work along your back as well. Better for deep work than the massage stick since you can apply all your body weight on it

I gave it 5 stars because it's perfect as a stationary roller. But for me, the black part is too smooth and too slippery. When I bought it, I expected it to be a little tacky like the black material of the Tiger Tail stick. But it is not rubbery and tacky like the stick. It is hard plastic-y and smooth and therefore slippery which is how you get the gliding action the mimics rolling. I still like it. And I'm still using it every single night. And it's in my carry on when I travel. But more often than not, I want to tack down on a specific point and not slip/glide....maybe I can put a thin silicon pot holder on it for those occasions or something. But the rolling action in a stationary position, it works!

the ad is highly misleading, in that is shows two curve balls, which would be more useful than just having one product design is flawed, as the ball is too large to be very useful for trigger point release it's not so much a foam roller as advertised, but a hard plastic bump, much more stiff that what professionals recommend would be better if it were half the size, and if it came in pairs, the way it appears in the ad

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this. This gets where the foam roller can't and provides the best stretch ever for me. I use this all over. If you have areas you can't hit with other products try this.

This is one of the best trigger point gadgets! I am a huge foam roller, but this little tool really gets into those tough places and you can control the pressure applied. Well worth the money! A great purchase. Thank you!

Finally a foam roller that won't get away from me! I love it. It feels like a hard plastic, not a hard foam. It gets right where I need it to get. It is small enough to travel with, which is perfect. We roll out all the time and always hope the hotel gyms have foam rollers. They don't and if they do they are junk. This will be going everywhere with us now from now on. I did think this came in a set of two as pictured, but it does not. They are simply showing the bottom of the roller. I should have ordered two because my husband and I have to share. Very well made, we are very happy with this stable foam roller.

This has to be one of the best inventions in sports medicine. I have had a sore Piriformis for weeks now and have tried all the stretches and physical therapy and exercises that I can get my hands on. This is not foam, but kind of a high density plastic Almost the same thickness as a wiffleball. The square base allows it to stay stationary to get even the most hard to reach knots and muscles that I can't get to it the massage ball or with a roller. You can use it up against a wall to get spots on your back, you can sit on it for your glutes or piriformis. You can lay on your belly on it for your quads, lay backside down on your hamstrings and it works great no matter what issue you're having. This is by far one of the best things you can do to help out with soreness prevent injuries and heal faster. Make sure you give it a good time to work, the tension in your muscles needs some constant pressure for at least 20 to 30 seconds before it starts to release. With this tension, you release a lot of toxins into your bloodstream as well so I always be sure to drink my gallon of water a day when I'm going to use this so that it gets rid of the toxins rather than allowing them to make you sick I purchased this at a discount for the purpose of my honest and unbiased review. My opinion is solely based on my experience with this product and I couldn't be happier

Works well but I wish it had an option to increase or decrease the pressure. It's hard to place it underneath you while driving.
