first time user of any type of pressure cooker.made 10 pints of bean soup first time using it. easy to use and easy to clean it. would defiantly would recommend this item to anyone!

This product is excellent for the kitchen. Reduces 45 minute cooking to 5-7 minutes. I am still finding new ways to use it and it performs extremely well. You will not regret having one.

When a friend of mines husband died at 82 I brought this I-pot to her house and said she had to use it 20times before she could buy one. We had cooked 13 different dinners when she said she was ready. She uses it all the time and it was a nice way to get to know her.

I changed my diet exclusively to Indian Food. The Instant Pot has significantly reduced the cooking and cleanup time to prepare delicious Dal, rice, and vegetable recipes. The Saute feature is especially convenient to prepare the various spices and sauces before pressure cooking.

I read about seven system pots, expecting to be able to pressure can foods, but this unit does not do that. It works great for pressure cooking meals, like quick-pot crock-pot meals, but for the price I feel like I bought a very expensive crock pot. I'm interested in reading other reviews.

A far cry from my old crock pot. I feel like I have been loving in medieval times up until now. This thing cooked Shredded chicken in 35 minutes. It fell apart the same as it would after cooking 5 hours in the crock pot!
