This is a great organizational tool for teachers. The only thing that would improve it would be if it had tabs to separate all of the different sections. I bought Post It tabs to do the job, but it would be very helpful if it came already divided.

More excited about this book than the actual start of the school year! LOL! Love the variety this book gives--there are multiple calendar formats. Was worried there was not adecuate space for writing detailed plans, but then I flipped to the back and there's about a years worth of space broken down by day of week. They could probably add a couple more seating chart pages. I only saw one?! Who only plans one arrangement for the whole year? Unless I missed something, but I already double checked. This is the only suggestion.
