The volleyball comes in really good quality, perfect for new people that are looking into playing volleyball. But the ball does arrive deflated, so make sure to have or buy a pump. Overall amazing.

I can't say enough about this ball. It has held up really well considering that it is used and abused pretty much every day. Great looking design, soft on the arms but really sturdy. I am totally happy I decided to pick this one.

This ball comes deflated and does not inflate with the common pump used for most kids toys.It is basically useless. I wish I got it at a store.

It is ok but if you are serious about playing volleyball you should get SV5WSC instead. I played with both and the 18S does not bounce as well as the other and it feels heavier.

The ball starts out somewhat stiff but will break in a bit with use. My main complaint is that after only a few uses, the outside cover starts to peel off. Not enough to render the ball useless but enough to be annoying.

Well, I got a Tachikara volley ball but it wasn't the one I ordered. They sent me the Tachikara Volley Lite volleyball instead. It's 25 lighter but the same size. I needed a normal ball for my team to practice with prior to our tournament. Hopefully they won't notice the difference in weight and adjust to a heavy ball when it's game time. The difference is pretty obvious if you just read the letter on the ball 34;VOLLEY LITE34;. Also, I needed an outdoor ball and the Volley Lite is indoor only. Basically paid more for a cheaper ball that I can't use outside.

I purchased this ball solely for hitting, setting and serving. I would not use this ball to practice passing unless you have iron arms. Great for the price.

The original volley ball looked great but the air valve leaked air. It would just hold pressure for maybe 15 minutes and then it was too soft. When I called to complain, they said they would send me a replacement. But then they were out of stock and had to back order with expectations to fullTachikara SV18S Institution and Recreational Play Cordley? Composite Leather Volleyball (White)fill by 1/18/08. I called today, 1/18/08 and they said my replacement ball shipped today.
