I only gave 5 stars so this is seen. These shoes are as hard as a rock and incredibly cheep. The sole of the shoe came out when I removed the cardboard filling.This is absolutely not a title boxing shoe, save your time. Dont buy this product.

Normally wear size 11. Fits great. Good for staying on your toes. Normally use outside on smooth concrete.

I used these to train for boxing and they work great. They are stiff at first but you gotta break it in like anything. I highly recommend makes a big difference in training and sparring.

I got these for striking classes. Most students train barefooted but, I have issues with the cartilage at first big toe joint. The added support really helps prevent pain. Thank you.

Good pair of boxing shoes. Lots of stability and they look sharp. Size runs just a little big. Probably 1/2 size. However, I don't like any foot movement in my boxing boots, so maybe it's just preference.
