It's quite durable and I've been having it for a half a month now and it's very useful for shadow boxing. Many people who never used this slip bag must know and understand that this slip bag isn't used to hit the slip bag. It's used to slip the bag by using your dodging skills and shadow boxing at the same time. So on the other hand, I love this product and will be using it for the rest of my life!
