This is great for small spaces and gives a really good workout. One issue I had was during the assembly process. The powder coat they use on the finish coating got in some of the threaded holes. It acted like it was cross-threaded but you just had to power through it. Be careful that the screws are in straight and it should go ok even if you have to use a little elbow grease. That rated 3 stars but if it was clean I would have given it 5 for ease of installation.

Moved into an apartment not needing a whole gym got this to tighten legs glutes. Senior woman, 165, no doubt this is sturdy. I use the handles only lightly, not to lean on. The side-to-side action better than just stair stepping. Good workout in front of TV without taking up floor space. Easy assembly, easy to store. Recommend.

Actually nicer than I was expecting, easy to assemble and operate. It's small enough so that it doesn't take up a lot of room space. It actually constructed heavier duty than what I was expecting.

An excellent little piece to add to the health plan. I find it to be easy, low impact but i feel the burn. I dont think it's intended to be a full cardio workout (product designed for 15 minute usage) so I have been using it in between work calls, just when I have some downtime around the house or for 15 minutes to start the day, it all adds up! It was very easy to setup - took only 10 minutes. A great addition to have in your day.

Good way to replace my daily swimming exercise during cool weather. Easy assembly but the resistance adjustment knob was missing. Contacted Sunny Fitness, texted them a copy of my invoice, and they assured me that they'd send the part ASAP. Not yet a week since I assembled it, so I'm waiting on the part. Recommended.

I wanted something that could fit into my living area without being a huge eye sore. I have an exercise room but find I am more of an out of sight, out of mind kind of gal. So if I have this small stepper staring at me as I sit my fanny on the couch, it makes me want to get myself up and workout. I love it and it seems to give a great leg workout! However, some curse words were used in putting it together. Simple, yes. Aggravating, uh-huh!! AND, I snipped the wire that connects the monitor when trying to unpackage it. So be careful when scissoring your way through tape.

The instructions were a little weird, but just looking at the pic the assembly was super easy!!!!Now for the machine! It is super easy to use, and adjust. Fairly sturdy, easy to putt out, so you can use it while watching a movie, then put it back on it’s spot when you are done!!!

So I am recovering from cancer. I can't go outside to walk and I'm kind of weak. I bought this to build uk strength again. It took me about 20 minutes to put this together. It was very easy. Seems sturdy. No squeaking, but I bought wd40 incasenit starts. Not sure how long it'll last but it perfect for my needs.

This little thing will make you sweat! I love it so much! It was great for the price. After about 2 weeks it started to squeak. I read other reviews and found that using DW-40 did the trick! It's not the ONLY thing you should do for a workout, but if you use it daily at least 3x's for 15 minutes each at a medium to fast pace (and tighten it a bit), you will DEFINITELY lose some inches and tone up. It really works on your thighs and butt. I highly recommend it. I'm 5'3 and about 126 lbs. I just wanna be 120 lbs. I don't like the gym so this is great for me. I have other excersizes I do at home from time to time as well, but this is actually the main thing I use. Even using it just 15 minutes a day for 2 weeks will give you some results (depending on the way you're using it). You won't regret this purchase unless you don't use the machine lol good luck!
