First off, the height on this table is NOT adjustable. I just wanted to mention that because I thought this table had a height adjustment, but it does not. That aside, the table is very sturdy. However, the cheap plastic tool trays that attach to the sides are actually attached to the table itself, so if you tilt the table toward you, there go all your brushes, pencils and your water on the floor! -The best thing about this table is the rail/lip that keeps your brushes and tools from rolling off the table surface into your lap. If you don't want the rail/lip sticking up where your wrists will constantly be resting on it, just loosen the screws, slide the guard over, and it drops down about an inch into its slot, making it flush with the table. This is great for me because on my main drafting table, I am forever having to unscrew the rail/lip off and on, off and on. - Also, on the table I received, the metal tabs that hold the plastic tool trays in place, were smashed on one side. So, I can only use three of the four trays. I needed this table quickly for an assignment, so I decided to keep it despite of everything and it's a sturdy little table, good for emergencies.
