This has worked pretty well for me, but only if I move it around and stretch a couple of areas at a time. The reason for that is the only real area that gets stretched is what is under the thinner black pulling strap, and not the rest of the pouch holding your foot. So if you center the device on your foot and pull, really only your center three digits get the stretch while your big toe sort of sits there in the red sling because the black pulling strap isn't under it.

I had a *very* bad plantar fasciitis flare-up and started a regimen [based on googling everything in sight] to restore my feet to mobility. This little gadget is very good for stretching out both my feet and the backs of my legs [both are equally important]. I stayed off my feet for the first week [worked on the couch], and at first all I could handle, shoe-wise, were Crocs+Scholl's gel inserts. But after about 2 weeks, I bought supportive shoes [Mephisto Rush], a foot roller, and had a regimen of stretching/yoga 2xday, ankle rotations 2xday, and frequent stretch breaks when sitting at a desk.Things I learned NOT to do: walk barefoot, wear ballet flats, wear shoes without arch support, wear old running shoes [they lose their resilient bounce], run on hard surfaces [a treadmill has a much more forgiving surface], ignore my body's need for daily stretching.

Regardless of how I adjust the Velcro scrap around my ankle, the part that goes up and over the plantar surface, with the idea of stretching it, just slides to one side or the other. Impossible to keep the foot in place, much less so in a relaxed position. The plantar fascia ends up tensing instead of stretching.

I play basketball in a league and had problems with my heel for a few months. I didn't know what the problem is till I looked up online. Playing basketball and watching the NBA a lot. I was wondering what the most common heel injury NBA players get, one of them was plantar fasciitis. I looked up plantar fasciitis and I had most of the symptoms. One treatment was to use a Plantar Fasciitis splint which I borrowed from a friend and that did not help. So I got this and it worked I don't feel much pain on my heel. Now I use this to help me stretch before the game.

There are so many different devices offered for this condition. One device may work and another device may work better. There is know way of knowing. It would cost way to much money to try different devices that would work for you. All you can do is take a chance when buying a device and HOPE it works for you. Most people (including me) buy on impulse. It maybe better to show your doctor the device before your purchase it and get his/her input. It would be good to bring your doctor a printout of the description of the item or if you are lucky enough to own an Ipad, etc., that would be another way to show your doctor the item.

I was in a car accident almost two years ago. I still go to physical therapy weekly. This device gives me the deep stretch I need that I receive from my physical therapists. I can now find relief at home on days I do not have therapy.

I was using a towel for daily stretches for plantar fasciitis. This tool is a great stretch aid. It is more comfortable than using a towel and I get a lot better stretch.

A Stretch-EZ was not what I needed to correct my foot problem so I returned it. I didn't open the package, but from what I was able to see, it looked like it was well made.

I have a pretty severe case of plantar fasciitis and this stretching device is just the greatest thing I have found anywhere. I can get the absolutely best stretch for the condition without a band slipping off the foot, very good angle and so forth, and I can even do it sitting in a chair with one hand so I can be doing something else at the same time. This might sound stupid but since I'm supposed to stretch something like 5 times a day this becomes really important. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with plantar fasciitis.

OPTP STRETCH EZ has helped my plantar fasciatis so much. It allows you to stretch your foot in so many different ways and can be used to stretch not just for Plantar fasciatis, but to also loosen other muscles too.

This stretch band is very helpful - both my 9 year old soccer player with heel issues and I use this band. I ordered multiple so he could carry one in his bag and I use it nightly for my hip and planter fasciitis. Highly recommend!

Me neither! General stiffness and achilles tendinitis combined to make this stretch too difficult for me, but with the aid of OPTP Stretch-EZ, I have gained some advantage. I found the product to be inexpensive and tough enough for repeated use. Greatly beneficial for toe cramps as well :-)

The design of the OPTP stretch-EZ is the key. It fits your foot. This makes stretching easier and this convenience means you'll do it more often, which in turn means a happy foot.

I can't say this product is a cure-all becuase my PF is not gone yet, but i can tell you that I am using it a lot during the night to stretch my PF before i get out of bed. This gives my feet a gentler "warm up" than just standing up and my hope is that doing this will be an important step in breaking the cycle of inflammation in my PF. I use it lying flat on my back with my leg also flat on the bed. I use the next to last handle and use a gentle pull to activate the tendons on the bottom of my foot. Without it, i can barely walk to the bathroom! I'm also doing traditional stretching during the day when i feel the PF get tight. That and I ordered replacement insoles for my shoes to provide more cushion to my feet. I work on a concrete floor much of the day and it's not very forgiving. The rest of the time I'm sitting at a computer and, as most PF sufferers know, sitting just gives your PF a chance to "tighten up". But i do love this product. Another reviewer said the handle was too small, but that's only the "last" handle. There is an enitire row of good sized handles along the whole length of the strap. These allow you to vary the tension of your stretch and use two hands if desired.

It is easy to use and gives the perfect stretch to the level you want. I use it after my total knee replacement surgery. The quality is very good.

The Stretch-EZ is a great product. I HATE stretching and it helps me work my way through it because it makes stretching easier. It also helps stretch my foot and toes which you don't get when you stretch without an aid. I have used a couple other products but this one is better because it holds the foot and ankle more stable. With an aid I feel more like I am doing something and have a routine worked out with it. The Stretch-Ez was recommended to me by my physical therapist. The reason I gave the product a four star rating rather than a five is because one of the loops nearer to the toe area came unsewn after about five or six uses. The loops should be sewn more times--they are only sewn across one time. If you are very tight which I am it puts much more pressure on the loop and as they aren't sewn down as well they could come loose. Actually, anyone pulling with a lot of pressure could tear the loops loose. Despite this issue, I do love the product and would certainly recommend it and would purchase it again.
