While the jacket keeps your torso warm, it will not do much for your arms, as the sleeves are thin and cool. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for those who are wanting to warm up in temperatures below 40.

This quite possibly could be the best workout jacket I have ever owned. Lightweight, warm and tremendous flexibility. I have not used the hood on my runs/hikes but I'm sure it will perform as well as the jacket. Will be getting another one soon.

Finally a supplier designed a top that I can run in or just do a day's chores. It looks great. Has pockets. I never use the hood, it zips off. I went back and bought another. Surprised, S fit like a custom garment. Believe and buy based on their size chart

This jacket is great, very lightweight and keeps me warm in 40 degree temps. I even wear it riding a bike and it works great

I've only actually been able to wear this once and then the weather got too warm for this. It was in the low 30's, with windchills in the mid 20's and it was almost too warm. Going to love running this winter with this super light jacket.

Half of products I got from them are trash, but half of it is so good I love it, like this one. Even though someone burned it with a cigarette on the front for me, how wonderful. If I ever can again, I will get one. Good jacket!
