After some confusion and frustration regarding their shipping policy and shipping charges, the 36 backfloats that I ordered arrived on time as scheduled. Each one is packaged separately which is nice if we plan to resell any to our customers. I will keep opentip.com in mind the next time I need to purchase more aquatic equipment.
