This exceptionally comfortable semi-sheer graduated compression legging with advanced Micro Massage textured fabric stimulates subcutaneous capillaries with a gentle massage - a more comfortable approach to moving fluid. Unparalleled for effectiveness and ease of donning, the silhouette smoothing garment features a non-constricting waistband, cotton gusset, flat seams and has the appearance of textured fashion leggings. The breathable fabric is embedded with silver ions to reduce bacteria and the chance of infection. Most effective when worn without undergarments. For easier donning, compression to the toe or a more custom fit combine with Solidea's Active Power or Speedy socks. Use exclusively or alternate with Solidea's Therapeutic fabric garments. Developed to support gains made in therapy, Solidea has patented two complementary fabrics, each with unique properties. The smooth Therapeutic fabric compression garments are designed to encourage accumulated fluid to move through the deeper vessels and out of the affected area. The Micro Massage fabric compression garments are enhanced with a three dimensional texture which delivers a massage to activate superficial capillaries and support the system's natural function. Alternating between these two types of garments may improve long term outcome. So it's good to know that the brand you get is Empetua which is a subbrand of Shapermint. You're not getting scammed as it's a subbrand on their website.As someone with chronic health conditions including hypermobility and pain, compression products are very helpful. I'm 6' and 300lb and ordered the 4XL. And my autism oversensitivity combined with fibro makes sensory issues difficult with fabric textures.These are very well made. The fabric weave is thick and opaque, no worry of sheerness or anything being visible through the fabric. I was impressed that it fit, even my long legs and torso. And they weren't as much of a struggle to get into as I thought. The compression is medium at this size which is nice. The extra tummy support area is actually really helpful with helping my spine feel supported (arthritis and degenerative disc disease) and it's got a nice little silicone grippy bit at the top of the waistband. So far, no roll-down issues even when sitting.My only complaint, which is a personal thing, but is why it's getting 4 instead of 5 stars... is the fabric is rather rough. I was really hoping that the texture would have a softer feel as it covers so much of my body. I will keep these and hope the fabric softens after a few washes. Even if it doesn't, the trade of solid compression and support might be enough of a trade-off with the pain and discomfort from my fibro/touch sensitivity. Maybe I'll have to double up with my LuLaRoe leggings, which are butter soft, underneath.If a brand combined this level of compression, fit, quality, and support with the butter-soft feel of LuLaRoe fabric... they'd have a customer for life.

Its been impossible to find compression socks for me that didnt cut off blood circulation. These pants are comfortable and do the job!! Very pleased for upcoming long flights.
