We use this for our son that has cerebral palsy. This works well so we are able to move it from his feeding chair to his wheelchair and also regular chairs so he is in a good seated position.

Hard to believe how well this works! Design is so practical and safe! My loved one really appreciates this removable pommel and so do I! Before having this pommel, he actually slid out of his wheelchair onto the floor.There are other pommels out there but they lack the safety features! Buy this one!
