I’ve had the chair for almost a year now and it’s still comfortable for me today. When I received the chair, I was about 410lbs. I’ve since come down to 330, but most chairs aren’t even rated that high and it has been very stable and easy to sit in during my entire work day. There have been two instances where unneeded to reach out to customer service, and they have been very responsive.

This chair is very comfortable, especially for my lower back pain. The lumbar support is great, and it helps a lot. It’s adjustable, which makes it easy to set it how you like. Putting it together was simple, and the height is perfect. I’m 5’8, and my boyfriend is 6’3, and we both find it comfortable and the height just right.

We are in receipt of this chair and everything has gone very well. We hope to have many good years of use. It receives a lot of daily usage. The customer service has been top-notch so far as communication. I would highly recommend this company based on the experience we have had so far.
