This brace is exactly what I needed. It's helping me stay mobile with less pain. Easy to put on and wear through out the day. Thank you!

I have been wearing this belt on/off for 15 years because of chronic instability that gets worse if I do not keeping up with strength training. I have been wearing it lately and it has really helped my pelvic pain that radiates into my hamstring. Highly recommend!

OPTP comes through again! The only SI belt of the three I tried, in which I could actually sit down. (It is two inches wide in the front versus cheaper brands four inches.) It has also proven more comfortable to wear. And it comes with clear instructions and a thorough pamphlet about the conditions for which it can help. Highly recommended (in my case for post partum hip pain.)

I've worn one of these (especially when doing yard work or while taking part in sports) for 15 years due to a hyper-mobile SI joint. The only support product that works.

I like to use this for relief after a long day. Just sinch it up and make dinner. Can be worn throughout the day but if you're doing a lot of activity it can start to shift and slip. Easy enough to correct though

The light tan color, the narrow width of the band appealed to me first. Who wants to wear black everyday? Wearing the belt as tightly as I needed became a challenge; however, I am progressing in this area. For summer and early fall, it is PERFECT.

Finely in my 4th pregnancy I have found something that actually helps my pelvic and back pain! Due to my pubic symphysis separation, pain is just a part of every day life, and I have tried just about everything to help make the pregnancies manageable. But this SI joint belt is seriously the first thing I have used or have done that has actually provided me noticeable relief. I can tell that I am getting support and stability within my pelvis, and it really does help provide pain relief because I can just “ratchet strap” that bad boy in as tight as it needs to go, which helps prevent further separation. It is not perfect, I do still have pain, but using this support belt for sure allows me to still be functional while chasing around 3 small kids, and while working 12 hr shifts. I honestly tell every pregnant woman I can that is having pelvic pain to use an support belt (and I am a labor and delivery nurse, so that is a lot of women!).The only negative thing I can say about this belt is that the “carpet grip” on the inside of the belt that helps prevent it from moving isn't super effective. I do have to readjust it quite frequently. And it seems like the spacing on the grip is off. It doesn't actually align with an intentional part of my body. Which is just weird, but it still works. For the price, it is a good product! Frankly, I'm more annoyed that I didn't use this type of support belt sooner with my pregnancies.

I've had numerous backsupport products and this one does the trick. It is just a narrow band that holds the si joints firmly in place. The rubberized area helps prevent slippage up or down. Worth every Penny for someone suffering from si joint pain.

This is an amazing support belt when used correctly. After wearing lifting belts and back braces for years I threw this belt on with the same tenacity and vigor and sorely paid the price! After 30 minutes of wearing I was in more pain than when I started! I iced and tried again the next day. This time just tightening it to where I felt support not constriction... Much better.Using this belt postpartum has helped me to support the healing in my pelvis while I do most everything. Standing and bouncing the baby was hard on my hips at first but with the belt I have a lot more stamina. It also helps me translate my pressure from my legs better so I can squat to life things from the floor without back or hip pain. One thing I wish it had was an option for a sacrum pad to support the proper alignment of my sacrum while my hips were also being supported. This would help the strengthening and hold the alignment so the muscles strengthen into that position. To achieve this I actually wore two belts one was flexy and had the pad. This one is more sturdy support.Three favorite uses: standing for long periods or bouncing the baby, (lift) clean from floor and riding lawn mower!!

This SI belt is as advertised. I've only had it for a couple of days, so too early to judge the belt's efficacy vis-a-vis support and comfort.

I watched some YouTube videos that claimed that a belt made for Si Joint pain could help with the pain. My pain is pregnancy related and I had already bought a generic pregnancy support belt for hiking and a different kind of back pain. The generic belt did help some but the effects were wearing off. After suffering with intense searing SI joint pain for 3 weeks, I went ahead and bought this belt. It worked significantly better than the other belt I had been wearing! Sometimes it is worth it to have the product made for your specific issue. Unrelated to the product but helpful to others suffering with SI Joint pain, try wearing supportive shoes 24/7. I have hard floors throughout my home and was wearing flip flops and flats and switching to supportive shoes (oofos or tennis shoes) has helped a ton!

I've had SI pain for a lot of years off and on. It started during pregnancy, but I didn't understand what it was or what to do. When I explained the pain to my chiropractor, he just said Oh ya, that happens. Obviously he didn't know anything about it. Other chiros had no advice for it either. I'm thinking this is something that is not well known or understood. I recently fell on it a little and that messed it way more. I'm in more pain with certain activities that ever before.Thankfully, YouTube channel Bob and Brad addresses a myriad of physical issues and this was one of them and I finally discovered what the pain was and its name. They recommended this SI belt and later a book, so I got them both.Belt Instructions: The instructions say to wear it almost 24/7. I really think this takes time to get used to though. I started wearing it just when standing for a long time and that helped reduce the pain quite a bit. As I got used to it I wore it more and more and wear it all day now. The only problem is that I am pear shaped so the belt slides down the abdomen and in the back, slides up to the waistline. So I have to adjust it often. But I'm used to wearing it and it has definitely reduced pain with standing. I also have pain with sitting on harder seats or in cars, it hasn't seemed to help with that.Exercises:I also got a book called Sacroiliac Pain: Understanding the Pelvic Girdle Musculoskeletal Method by Deborah Riczo; it was recommended by Bob and Brad too. She has specific exercises to relax and strengthen the area. She also mentions an SI belt too, including this exact one. She recommends wearing it during the day, but you don't have to wear it at night unless you have pain then. So thankfully no 24/7 wearing of the SI belt.Overall I'm getting better, but it's slow. I'll keep wearing the belt and working on the physical therapy to heal.
