I got this for my 2 year old grandson who is having a Thomas Bday party - then he can wear it for Halloween. Fortunately, there were no issues with the costume that others posted (and those were real issues, with images). My grandson loved the costume! I got the Toddler size option and he's typically in a size 2T and it fits him perfectly. He'll only get a few uses from it, but at this price, I don't mind.

It is snug on my almost 4 year old and has some problems like loose seams, but luckily I have it early enough to be able to adjust it to work fine and keep him happy. I was planning on buying the other type with the pop out head, but they sold out at the time of my order, which is just my luck. I'd recommend trying the other one first.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old for Halloween is year. It fits perfect and is super cute! The quality isn't amazing but it was a great price!
