I bought two of these caps. The shape and construction are good. They are very similar to the caps I wore as an active duty soldier. I had a slight issue with the sizing. In general, I found these caps to run a little large. As a base of comparison, I compared the caps to an authentic BDU cap from my army days. My authentic cap is a 7 1/8, and it's very tight. (I guess my head got fatter over the years.) I bought a 7 1/2 cap, and and it was big. So, I bought a 7 1/4, and it was big as well. Actually, I didn't notice much difference between the 7 1/2 and the 7 1/4. While I'd like to try the 7 1/8, I don't want to go through another transaction. I passed along the 7 1/2 to a friend. I'll wear the 7 1/4 cap, and maybe I'll adjust to how it feels.
