The shelves and hardware were more durable than I had expected. The order was processed very quickly. The product was packed well and arrived within several days. This was my first experience with OpenTip and I am impressed with their service.

Replaced an old plastic Lazy Susan with this model The instructions were not that great but it was similar to the one that I removed so it made replacement easy After a bit of adjustment it is great So much stronger than the old one An excellent upgrade

The good It looks great - so much nicer than the plasticresin one we replaced Materials are good qualityThe bad: the instructions absolutely suck and their expected install time of 15 minutes is laughable
