This is a neat little figure! I have used it a number of times for anatomy practice and I feel confident that it is a good learners piece. That being said there were a few flaws in the face, but its purely cosmetic and didn't impact my ability to use the model. Its not the best thing in the world... the hands like to fall off and the case doesn't snap shut. It will stand on its own and the poses are dynamic. You get what you pay for here.... and I do recommend this to artists looking to expand their skill sets and use posed references on a budget.

I bought this for helping me keep scale as I build a dollhouse. Having a human-like figure to put in the rooms as you plan helps a lot. I wanted one that I could have standing, sitting etc and I shopped around for one that is specifically set to the scale I want: one inch to one foot. This little guy is it. He articulates to stand alone, to sit in chairs, lie in beds, kneel in doorways, crawl by the window.just whatever it takes to help get it in mind how realistic the house is. This little guy is amazingly flexible. He comes with all sorts of parts I will probably never need. He has lots of hands that I could change out if I wanted them to be in different positions. The wrists are highly articlulated but the hands are fixed units. But like I said there are many so you can have his hands in almost any position you need. He has couple of weapons, and I don't know what all. I gather this is for drawing anime? I don't know. I can't draw but I would imagine if I were ever to attempt it this little guy would be very helpful in doing that. I think I will call him George.

If you really need to practice and need a model, this is a good option.It's pretty much a bargain. I got the male body one, it's very stiff and if you try to force something to a specific way it will likely break. The thing has ball points so putting it back together isn't that difficult, but be careful. You can use this to see which way the lighting goes, the proportions, etc. Legs are STIFF and the thing that holds the mannequin is flimsy, mine can't lift it up in the air. My package arrived extremely late, not sure if it was due to covid-19 or it just takes longer.there are faults to this product, but for the price it's good.
