First off, I am 5'10 160 lbs (athletic build). I usually wear a M (15.5, 32/33 dress shirt). I read the other review about the sleeves & thought a L would be fine. The shirt itself is a heavy cotton not like the cotton t-shirts you would get from American Apparel. The sleeves are a bit high, so sizing up in that respect was a good choice. Around the waist it is looser than I would normally want, but not so loose it feels baggy. The length is also very good. I am hoping for a bit of shrinkage after a few cycles of wash & dry.The colors are not dull. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
