Everyone asks me where I got this, and I always end up sending them here. Four of my customers have picked them up after checking mine out! Strong magnet, no scratches after daily wear, and I looooove it.

The item feels nice and beefy. No plastic junk here. The magnet on the back is nice and strong allowing you to securely wear it all day without worrying about it falling off and without having to poke holes in your clothes. Live long and prosper.

The magnetic clasp holds well. Size is good, but the Delta sign seems a bit thicker than it should be (particularly at the top), and the glossy finish is not screen accurate at all as they had a matte finish on the series. Buy it, repaint it. ;-)

We attached it to a wedding bouquet for the bride! It was solid, shiny and stayed on the bouquet throughout the ceremony. Would buy this again

Perfect for the Star Trek: The Next Generation fans. I think whether or not it stays on depends on the fabric being worn. Good thing: it's not some cheap plastic rehash but metal rather. And the right colors, too.

This thing is magnetic, so no holes to punch in my uniform. This communicator doesn't make any sound though, and an undershirt is almost a necessity as the part that goes on the inside of the costume is metal and very cold, be fore warned. If you can live with those two minor issues, then this is the communicator for you!

The only flaw that I find is that it is a bit to shiny compared with the one you see on TV. But still is a very good copy and it has a very strong magnet.
