Sturdy and gets the job done for rent checks, etc. I was worried about rain getting in and paper clogs as mentioned in other reviews, but it hasn’t been a problem at my 4plex. I did make a little shelter for it- nothing serious- and no real problems with moisture in 1.5 years. It fits my needs and I’m glad I bought it!

Smaller than what I expected. Regular sized paper (8"x11") will need to be folded. Great though for small items such as key drop off or phone drop off. It is very secure.

Worked great! Before this we just had a flimsy box where the workers would drop their booth rent checks. But someone broke into it and stole all the cash. I got this and there is no way anyone could get into it, as long as check or cash made it down into the main section.
