The only issue I had was after I used it, The wind blue it over. You need to support the bottom or put a weight on it. Plus the gas hose does not come with it, BUT 5 feet of the hose goes up the neck of the heater. I bought a 10 foot hose which I could only place 5 feet away fyi. It worked Great.

This is a very good value in a natural gas heater. Looks good but is not all Stainless Steel as advertised. Would have given it 5 stars but for two things. #1- the top cap lid/ reflector is aluminum , not stainless and is cheaply made. #2 it has no connector hose, which you must buy elsewhere at $50. for the quick connect kind.

AZ Patio Heater Natural Gas 202 Stainless Steel Heater. Product arrived on time and in great condition. It is exactly what we were looking for. Excited to this up and get it working as it seems to be raining again. Typical for West Coast Weather.PS. Customer Service was great, we had a small issue and they responded right away and rectified the problem. :)

I bought the heater and a gas hose. I was a bit surprised to find out that I also needed to plumb from the base to the heater head with a hose. Hence, there went another $50 (buying an addition gas hose and connector). The heater came with a couple very small dents, but I was OK with it. It took about an hour to put together (not counting the time running around getting an additional hose and connector).We are happy with the level of heat it puts out and its operation. This style of heater its important to understand its limitations. Its great if its just a little too cold and not windy.
