The squiirels chewed up my old one. I ordered the more expensive of these because I read that some of the cheaper Gas Hoses could sometimes be difficult to hook up.I have screening and a pipe to protect the new Gas Hose from the hungry and exploring little critters that visit my house.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I used this hose to convert my propane grill to a natural gas grill. The exact details of this hose were a bit hard to find, so I'm posting them here. I hope they help the next person!It is 12', just as described. The quick disconnect is a 3/8" NPT Female end. The other end of the hose is a 3/8" male flared connection.I haven't owned this hose for very long, but it seems very well made. I checked it for leaks using some dish soap and found none.

This flexible hose is excellent for my 44,000 btu natural gas patio heater. I have saved hundreds of dollars by not having to buy propane tanks for my other heater. This hose is very flexible and easy to install and disconnect. Comes with a plug for the disconnect when not connected to the hard pipe connection.

Works great. This thing is definitely a great deal sturdier than the last gas grill hose we had, which was chewed clear through to the other side by some rodent. Hook-up is easy (<30 sec install) and it comes with quick disconnect adapter for the natural gas end of the hose. Recommended.
