Idk if I got a defective one or not but it cuts so lopsided it just wants to spiral up the pipe when I used it on some 1/2 copper water lines.

It cuts SS brake lines perfectly as long as you don't overtighten it and just let the tool do the work. The cuts were clean and needed almost no dressing before making the double flair.

better than the IRwin version. stronger for sure and you can take the cutter out of the handle for really tight spots. GREAT TOOL
