To me this is the perfect eraser. Cleanly erases, no smudges. I can click to easily add a little more eraser as the need arises. Very nice that I can use it with any pencil. Some might consider it a downside that it is a separate device, so it needs to be kept handy in addition to the pencil, not a big deal to me. Great buy, great tool!

I use a mechanical high-end Japanese Pentel pencil all day (and I have about 3 of them mixed around note pads and travel bags) - it’s my work go-to for notes and all. I hate using the mechanical pencil eraser when I am in the home office, I like to save it for the times I travel and am with a customer or partner taking notes, so it’s always there. I bought these for my home office, and of course got Pentel. I’ve had them for a while, and although I don’t make a bazillion mistakes, I think I will die before I finish with the first one!Great form factor, nice action for dispensing. Nice grip for erasing, and a good price (I even got the package on sale).

The best erasers (the pink ones are useless) at a great price.Very useful for those that use the pencils eraser and run-out before the pencil is half used.

Better value here than at the store. The box of 12 are difficult to find. With this box I don't think I will buy replacements in decades. These pens eventually break from the clip with repeated uses but only after years of heavy use. It's a good investment if you like these clic eraser pens.
