Unexpected quality sound!

I used these tweeters to replace the stock tweeters (ZZ03123) in both of my BW CDM7SE speakers. I had to do a little 34;hacking34; with one of the posts; the BW's wire leads were a little different size on one of the posts. Once that was done, the tweeter fit perfectly in place. I also put a little piece of the foam that they come packaged in, on the back-side of the tweeter and then screwed the mounting bracket back on. That holds it in place pretty well. If you want, you could also put a tiny amount of silicon on the rim of the tweeter to help seal to the plastic housing. As for the sound... these guys shine. Some reviews online said that they might be a little too bright... but they actually liven-up the sound on these speakers and they do a great job of it. Now the speakers have a greater range and they reach the highs pretty nicely... definitely a better definition of sound on the higher end of the sound spectrum. Highly recommended upgrade... especially since the tweeters use ferrofluid. This can dry out or become thick and actually make your tweeters perform worse over time. You could clean out and refill the ferrofluid yourself if you really wanted to keep your speakers stock, but these dome tweeters have a better range and give new life to the sound of these speakers. To calm down the highs a bit, I just put on dust-cap over the tweeter (I had taken them off before because the highs sounded clearer with it off!). They are perfect!
