These work great. Before buying these, my feet and back hurt all the time, especially when walking on concrete floors like at Costco. I also have neuropathy. The price is great for these comfortable, effective insoles. I bought another pair and will probably buy a 3rd pair come summer time.

Found 3 supination insoles (vs. heel lift). 1) This Pedag insole is the best for supination, with a slight correction in the heel and forefoot. 2) The full supination insole is a green-colored Chinese model, way narrow in the forefoot, and cannot be made in a 3/4 insole without good whittling skills. 3) The 3d insole is the expensive medical-ish insole that only corrects supination in the the heel, not the forefoot.The Pedag is a bit narrow, but your toes don't straddle a 5mm ledge. The leather makes your feet slip around, so it's better to go under your shoes' regular insoles. And even though the Pedag seems to fit against the back edge of the heel (rather than acting as a heel cup, elevating the outer edges of your heel), my heels still feel unsupported, as if I am wearing a low-drop or zero-drop shoes.The only 2 supination shoes I'm familiar with (cumulus nimbus), no longer correct supination, there a choice. One has to buy neutral shoes, use a Pedag insole, and use the shoe's regular insole over it for some arch support, and to help prevent the feet/socks from slipping forward in the shoe.

I would have giving this item a 5.. Yet the outside widge alignment needs to be slightly larger (deeper) the full length. I feel a difference yet it doesn't correct completely.
