The first one I ordered broke in two places, they replaced it free of charge. The problem is it's about 3 sizes too long for my nose. I shopped around at other online stores, even Etsy, which I couldn't find any nose retainers anywhere. Where the L bar stops and turns to make the L, it is touching the bottom side of my nose. The L part that juts out, either goes up my nose (which is uncomfortable) in the bottom corner of my nose, the upper corner where the septum is, or straight out by a centimeter or two. Obviously there isn't a way to modify the size because it's glass. So I settled and got one free with a purchase at Sally's Beauty Supply and it works perfectly.

I don't know who your retainers are made for, someone with far bigger nose than I.
