I have really sensitive ears and so far these earrings have not caused a reaction. They are comfortable and sturdy and they have not fallen out or broken. That's a win in my book.

Truthfully I Could not get them into my ears my ears started bleeding it was not worth it if they are like a little too small and I was worried about the diamond falling into my ear canal it was a small it was too small

I just got it today and switched out my old one. It's super pretty and easy to unscrew. I used the middle size, I believe it's 8mm. Looks great!!

These pieces ARE NOT hypoallergenic or anywhere near it! I am sensitive to metal and can only have stainless steel, titanium, or sterling silver and these were 100 not any of them. Caused lacerations on the back of my ear due to infection! DO NOT BUY if you are sensitive.
