The balls loosen up all the time, constantly, no matter how tight they are. I constantly have to tighten them back up. I don't play with them either.

I almost gave 2 stars because a post came off or stripped, but the seller replaced it and this one is just fine. Must have been a fluke in manufacturing since the second is much sturdier

The balls are kinda close together so they’re kinda hard to screw in, I used a qtip with some eyelash glue to get the ball into the hole

It was a little hard to get in, but once in I absolutely loved it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, within 4 hours of wearing it the right ball fell off. I didn't even know it fell off until my son told me, and I can't find it, with no replacement.

As advertised I didn’t have a problem with it coming unscrewed like other people. I personally don’t like how close the balls are so I stretched it apart !

It's ok but the balls need tightened several times a day. I had 1 fall off while I was working and that's not ideal as I work in a kitchen. The balls are too close together to be able to flip it up.

I have a private piercing, and wanted this horseshoe threaded barbell. It is very nice, but the one difficulty I have is that it is very difficult to screw the ball into the horseshoe because it is very small (as intended), and the ball is just too small for me to easily screw them into the end of the horseshoe. Eventually I made it, but it was very much a challenge! Works better if you have someone with small hands that can help you out.
