Paasche VLST-3WC Wood Box Set w/ VLSTPRO & All Three Heads & 1/8 BSP adapter

Good airbrush kit and very good quality.

First thing I did when I received this airbrush, I polished the needles extremely good and I must say....Bravo..If you're on the fence on this one, buy it! Don't think twice. I shoot cerakote and duracoat all with not one problem.Plus its pretty cheap considering other products out there. This airbrush over all is a very good product well worth the money.

As advertised. Paasche makes a reliable airbrush yet again. One think I wish they would do though, would be to include an assortment of crossovers for the compressor. Kinda reminds me of Apple with the proprietary connections.

This air brush works great, haven't found a paint that it won't spray, as long as it's mixed right.

Very Poor Quality Control<br /><br />I have been airbrushing since the early 80's (although I am not a professional)<br />My arsenal includes a Badger 200, Badger 150, a Paasche H and yes, I do have a $20 Harbourfreight Dual Action to ...<br /><br />The airbrush came in a wooden box that wasn't meant for this unit<br />The foam insert was for a different model<br /><br />It was almost impossible to put the air hose on the gun (no it was not cross threaded)<br />With a lot of force I managed<br />After connecting and disconnecting the hose a couple of times, things went smoother<br /><br />Filled the cup with water (compressor set at 25PSI) but there was no spray<br />Manipulated the trigger several times and it finally sprayed but did not stop spraying<br /><br />Put some diluted glycerin on the air valve and voila, the gun worked<br />Well worked was a big word<br />The spray pattern was extremely wide, oblong, and spattered on the sides<br />Furthermore, there was way too much water coming out and the spray pattern was way too wide for a 0.3mm needle<br /><br />Can not believe that my $20 Harbourfreight sprays 100 times better than this Paasche!<br /><br />I must have taken the gun 10 times apart till I noticed a microscopic metal bur in-between the tip and the housing<br />The housing has 3 tiny holes and the burr was partially stuck in one of them<br /><br />Under a magnifying glass managed to get the burr out and the gun sprays perfect now<br /><br />I do believe in supporting the US economy but I've seen Chinese brands with better quality control than Paasche!<br /><br />What I like:<br />The gun feels heavy and balances fairly well<br />Trigger and Dual Action is consistent (trigger resistance can be adjusted)<br /><br />What I don't like:<br />Paasche has propitiatory thread on their airbrushes so you can not use a common 1/8&#34; hose<br />Hose could be longer<br />Trigger does not sit under a very comfortable angle (compared to my Badgers)<br />The lessons booklet is a grainy black and white photocopy ...
