I have always had elbow pain when lifting heavy. I decided to try this arm band, all I have to say is why the heck did I wait so long to try it!!! This elevated the pain instantly! I can now lift heavier at the gym without having to worry about the pain hindering my workout!

I cannot believe that this really works. I was not able to sleep due to the pain in my elbow. I hate to take the painkillers. So, tried this and to my surprise it worked. Now this is always near my bed to use :)

I've never used a band like this before but my doctor recommended getting one after diagnosing me with tennis elbow. The ones at the drug store were twice the price so I thought I'd try this one. It immediately worked! My forearm feels so much better! Took awhile to find the right tightness but I love it!
