I bought this because I have tendonitis in my elbow and this has definitely made a difference in terms of pain relief. It's comfortable enough that I wear it all day without discomfort. Although it's a little difficult to wear long sleeves because of the thickness. It comes with 3 difference sized bands depending on the size of your arm, but apparently I have very small arms because I use the smallest band and have it tightened as far as possible but it slides off sometimes. I would buy again though because of the price and color options.
