I saw that my 2 budgies were tail bobbing and breathing really fast. Got these pills in a timely matter. The pills do not fizz like alka seltzer pills do. They fizz a little but need to be broken up and stirred with a mixing utensil. It's more important to get the pill to dissolve by stirring so you can feed it to your pet rather than complaining that the pill doesn't dissolve etc etc.Instructions says to replace the 8 oz of water after 24 hours. Being me, I see it's a waste especially for such a small bird. I mixed the water again every time I check on the birds. I waited 2.5 days to change the water. So I have only used 2 pills.The budgies are doing a lot better. More active and look normal now. Very little tail bobbing and regular breathing now.These pills do work!

Our parakeet wasn't looking very good and I thought was on his way out. I put this in his water and he turned around pretty quick. He is now back to normal and so think this is what helped him survive.

The birds avoid at first then come around but couldnt tell if they like it or dislike it. Not seen any difference. I cant tell you the taste either.

After two pills, my green cheeks stinky poops have gotten a lot better. she loves the flavor. The pill dissolves very quickly under a minute.

The idea of it as a medicine is good and the water is barely colored at all. My birds refuse to try it. I have tried many times. I have added the pill to the water in front of them because I assume the fizz is supposed to interest them, they aren't interested, they wait for plain water. I continue to try from time to time but they always say, no.

My budgie had very watery poop. He was acting normally otherwise except he started to sleep more than usually. I knew a trip to a vet would have been very stressful for him and so, I decided to purchase this product before taking him there. I am glad I did. I am on a pill 4 now and my bird's poop looks normal and he is much more active too. I started noticing the positive change after the second pill (second day). Excellent product, I am really grateful I was able to help my budgie, it worked well in water, dissolved within 2 minutes and my bird didn't mind drinking it at all.
