These balls are just the right size and softness for self-massage techniques. Easy to pack for the office or travel. I use them for hand and foot treatments as well as facial, neck, and forearm massage.

My Pilates instructor wants me to work on my feet with a pinky ball and the “normal” size is too big for me to grip and pick up with my toes. This size works!

These are my favorite massage balls because they specifically are very smooth but durable in texture and help gently release my fascia and muscles. I am a physical therapist, so I use these to massage the palms of my hands after work. I also use it on my feet to keep my plantar fascia hydrated and healthy. Would recommend!

I was desperate for a replacement to my soft Melt balls that I lost on vacation 4 months ago- my feet have been so achey and tight. I bought these because of reviews and the price point. I'm happy I did- they are definitely softer than the Melt balls, but I found that if I use them on hard floors they are fine. Eventually I need to find some that are a little firmer, or just get a new set of Melt balls, but for now, these do the trick of giving my feet some much needed relief. :)

i couldn't find the ones i had already bought so i reordered them.....i have had pain in my arch and heel and rolling my foot around on these has reduced the pain a lot

I use these with the MELT method for and hand treatments. They last a long time and are easy to clean. This is the second set I bought for a friend. The original set I bought myself over a year ago still work as well as the day I got them, and I use them at least once a day - everyday. They haven't lost their shape and haven't broken down or lost any air with repeated use.
