I've been taking this probiotic supplement for the past few months and have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion and overall gut health. The probiotic I've been taking contains a blend of various strains of beneficial bacteria, which I believe has helped to balance out the microorganisms in my gut. I've experienced less bloating, gas and constipation since starting the supplement. Additionally, I've also seen an improvement in my immune system. I haven't been sick as often and even when I do get a cold, it doesn't last as long as before. This review is from the perspective of someone with IBS. Put simply, this probiotic is amazing due to how many strains it has. Do you need 60 billion? In general not really, but it's about the variety of strains. Probiotics that have less strains may not work for your body. So unless you have the money and time to do the testing you could run through tons of probiotics with fewer strains that don't work for you. Having 60 billion isn't overloading your system because your system will only benefit and utilize a few of the strains, thus, having more is what makes this product in my opinion the absolute best.I have been taking it for the past year and have noticed in real time drastic improvements to my gut health. A recent example of this I got food poisoning a few weeks back and was having extreme bathroom issues. I had already taken my probiotic that morning, but was Experiencing the problems at night. I took another probiotic, because again, it's not about the billions, but the variety of strains. I waited about 30 minutes until I could legit feel my stomach start to process the bad food a different way. It allowed me to go back to sleep and in the morning everything was completely back to normal.I don't believe in random miracle cures or weird home remedies But a studied and tested probiotic with this many strains is as close to a miracle cure you can get for someone with gut issues. I absolutely couldn't recommend this product more.
