Our dogs had incredibly rough paws and this did the trick. We have two golden retrievers and we kept getting scratched by their paw pads. After applying mushers secret, rough paws are no more and our dogs are extremely happy.

I wish there was an easier way to put it on without getting it all over your hands. Maybe like a deodorant-like stick version?

Our boxer loves to run into the lake and is constantly gnawing his feet beciae the pads get dry. This has helped a lot.

Works great on my 3 year old AKC German Shepherd dogs paws they are soft and have that dark rich look again like when he was a puppy! I keep him well groomed and he has the best looking paws ever! :-)

Probably a great product for the right dog, but mine sat and licked it all off his paws and tried to eat it out of the container! Product is solid and seems like it would be easy to use.

I live in Iowa where it gets WELL below freezing in the winter. This last winter was terrible, getting into the 20 below zero range for days at a time and my poor dog was in pain just walking on the sidewalk. This really helped guard his paws from the harsh cold concrete, snow and ice. I could tell it was much less painful for my dog to go on a walk. I only did 4 starts because it didn't really prevent ice chunks from getting stuck between the pads of his paws, though it helped reduce them. Overall, definitely glas I purchased this!

This makes a dramatic difference! My Lab wore holes in her back paw pads on a long walk (literally rubbed the skin off leaving a red circle of skinless flesh in each back paw). After I put this on, the holes started closing and healing. However, the instructions seemed to indicate that you don't need to apply every day, so I skipped a couple days of application and holes started to grow again in spite of restricted activity. I am now applying it at least once a day, and the holes are healing again. Don't skimp on this stuff! It really works when applied generously and daily.
