I was using my brother's the last couple years and decided to buy my own. It has been a blessing this year when I been out hunting in a ground blind during the cold days. It will also be nice ice fishing so I can bring out my son. The only thing I had to do is attach a piece of wood to the base to make it more stable. Also the base it has doesn't work well with 1lb propane bottles that have the plastic bottom piece. Get the berzomatic brand propane bottles because the base is all metal and sits in the heater base well.

I use this heater in shooting houses. It will definently keep you warm while sitting still waiting on the buck to show up. The only downside is the base (it falls off the 1lb propane tank when toting it). I just pack in in my backpack and put it together when I get to where I'm hunting.

I am so impressed! This thing is incredible. Everything about it is high-quality. I can't say enough good things about it. I'm thinking about ordering one for every member of my family, including my ex-wife, no, I'm just kidding about that. But seriously, I highly recommend you get one. It is well worth every penny.

Heat goes straight up not horizontal like you would want if settled this up on a park picnic table to heat you up while sitting. Only good for a tent.

This little heater rocks! I set it up in the camper and let it go for about 20 minutes or so. I went outside and then came back in, and it was a lot warmer in there. It was 38 degrees F. We had the door cracked a bit for ventilation, and it still stayed warm! I love this little thing!

It puts enough heat to heat up my hunting blind that is 4x8x7 minimal insulation.. Look I am not saying if it's 20 outside your getting 70deg but easily 50 to 60 degrees..

I borrowed this from a friend to try it out camping in my 3 man tent. It got down to 24 degrees at night. This heater was perfect and made it comfy. I used it 1/2 hour before I went to sleep and turned it off. The I turned it on 1/2 hour before getting out of the sleeping bag in the morning. Nice and toastie in the tent. Of course I bought one for myself.
