Over the past 15 year I have owned quite a few full-head masks. This is absolutely the BEST mask I have owned for three reasons: 1. The fit (adult) is very good and very comfortable. You might need to enlarge the eye openings a very little. 2. The detail is excellent. 3. The mask has an inner cloth 34;sock34; for want of a better word. The cloth makes the mask more wearable since there is no rubble/vinyl contact with the skin. The cloth allowed the mouth of the mask to be open wider, seeing only the black cloth, thus it was very breathable without compromising the skull effect. I wore mask out trick-or-treating with my granddaughter for about two hours without having difficulty breathing or overheating.

The moveable jaw is what first attracted me to this mask, but was afraid it was only a 34;gimmick34; that wouldn't actually work. Well, it does indeed work, and you can be heard clearly through the mask as well! The cowl is attached a bit farther back on the skull's forehead than I would prefer, but it's stitched into the mask, keeping it from ever slipping off. The material around the collar area completely hides any skin, thus making a complete illusion of the reaper. I also bought the rotting gown and gloves for the complete look, and the only complaint for the whole costume is that it sheds burlap like a Labrador shed hair! It isn't called a 34;rotting gown34; for nothin'! If you desire a realistically eerie Grim Reaper mask whose jaws click and move in the most macabre fashion, then you indeed desire, and thus, must own this mask!

Worked perfectly for my Grave lord Nito costume. I'm glad I spent a little more for a nice mask. It is kind of hard to breath in after a while, and can get hot.

Fit is very well fitted to my face. The eyes sit right on my orbital sockets (cheek bone to cheek bone, eye socket to eye socket). Peripheral vision isn't greatly sacrificed with this either, although there is some loss due to depth of mask. I will be adding some burlap behind the eyes to help hide my own, although it will be pressing into my eye lashes that way. Mask jaw moves only with extended jaw movement under the mask, also be advised there are no slots for your mouth or nose at all. I knew that buying this, but some may not do the research. Breathing is not impaired, air goes down your mouth behind the rubber part of the mask, towards your neck. I am pretty happy with this.
