My husband is tall, has long arms and broad shoulders, we got the large and it didn't exactly fit well in the back where the velcro should close it didn't.

Cute costume, but runs small. The back Velcro was quite weak, and pops free when sitting and moving around.

For a 34;Mens34; sized costume it ran pretty small-- I am 6' 034; and couldn't fasten the back and stand up all the way. I am also pretty slim (175ish) and it was tight. There are other sets out there with goggles that are actually more like glasses. They are way more comfortable than the ones that came with this set. uncomfortable and makes marks on your face) My whole office dressed like minions for Halloween (about 20 of us) so I saw a wide range of minion costumes that day. I would look for one with the glasses if wearing this again for a whole work day.
