Easy to assemble, easy to use, I am happy I bought it. This scale reads to a quarter of a pound, and I have been weighing myself a couple of times a day to see how my weight varies during the day. Also, I can track as I endeavor to loose a little weight. I keep a notebook next to the scale and record the date, time, and weight. I now understand better that body weight is not a single number, but varies by as much as 3 or more pounds during the day. I'll report back in a bit and let you know if it worked in my weight-loss plan.

Scales like this is what everyone should have if you like and want accuracy. Spring scales just doesn't do it. The numbers swing too much and it is not accurate.

This is a great scale and very accurate, easy to operate. I was a little scared at first because of the reviews I had read about it being hard to hook the rod from the top to the foot platform. The was the easiest part of the whole assembly, it took me about thirty five or forty seconds. For anyone looking for a good accurate scale I can sure recommend it.

Large, well-made, easy to assemble beast of a scale. We thought that if we had a reliable scale it would encourage us with our weight loss, but it seems that the scale alone doesn't accomplish that. We'll keep looking for the magic gadget.

This scale is precise and very high quality. We got tired of purchasing a new digital scale every year. They do not last long at all. This is easy to set up. I like the fact that you can measure a person's height. I would highly recommend this scale. I know we will have this for years.
