I like that it takes 3 BPs and derives the average. It's fairly simple to use.

Years ago when I started taking blood pressure medication and my doctor told me to buy one BP monitor for home use so I bought one at my local pharmacy and it worked fine. Then my lady gave me one that was worked for a while but burned through batteries. I saw this had great reviews so I thought I would give it a try since it plugs in and uses batteries and I love it so far!Bonus it has a built in feature that it will take your BP in 3 simultaneous cycles which is what you are supposed to do and then average them but this machine does it for you ....Great job!

Was Very surprise at how inaccurate this was even though it had gotten good reviews.Took the unit to my doctor's office to compare / calibrate it to their BP unit.Was drastically higher and inaccurate.

Works great and is comfortable.I have a big arm had to switch up to a bigger machine. This one seems to work perfect. I can't make any claims about accuracy i only see a doctor about every 3 to 4 months. But the readings seem accurate.

This is easy to use. I've used it on my upper arm and forearm with the same accuracy. Probably won't work on a small forearm. The results can be saved to a PC which then can be saved and printed to take to your doctor.

Money well spent!!! Very accurate bpm, especially for people who has a giant arm, this is it. The material of the sleeve is better than the Welch Allyn spot vital unit.You dont want a sleeve that leaks, it takes away its purpose.Another key to get accurate reading is that not to measure right one exercise, had a meal. Sitting upright position, with both feet flat on ground, back against the chair, try to maintain a steady breathing, all of these help an accurate reading.I took this machine to medical clinic and hospital to compare the accuracy, I found out the different results due to the user, if the medical staff applied the sleeve too loose, of course the reading is lower.Recently been to hospital, same brand of bpm, different physicians measured my pb different readings under the same hospital.In short, I trust this machine, user friendly, comes with great feature where one can connect to pc, and operate with option batteries or adapter.

The reason for any low marks is for the incredibly difficult to use arm cuff. The previous unit I was using had a great cuff, but NO wife or bluetooth connectivity, so I abandoned it. I love the way this one connects and transfers the current reading so seamlessly. But the cuff... Woof! Once you finally get it on, it's comfortable and the way this monitor works is super comfortable as well. Love it. Hate the cuff. Sorry.

I like that my husband and I can both use this and keep our readings separate. The cuff fits all size arm's. Easy to use!!

I had to start monitoring my BP and was given a machine through a program under my health insurance but it's cuff was like torture. This machines cuff is very comfy and easy to use. Provides accurate readings and also allows for a average of three readings. So glad I chose this brand.

The blood pressure device works well. I take my blood pressure twice a day for two weeks. I email the readings to my doctor for his review. I need a device that is accurate as well as feature laden which is very useful in providing additional information. This is my second Microlife.

I bought this for my 94 yr old mother in law and she likes it.

This product is very user friendly and love the large digital display. Really love the fact that two users can use the machine and keep their own information. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is this is for my husbands blood pressure and the readings are much lower than when taken at his Dr.s office.

I got this to replace my older Microlife BPM. This one has some upgrades that make it a little easier to use. It also has an on off switch so you can't accidently turn it on when you grab it or transport it.

So far so good I like this
