These are the best of the best; using something else like a punch tool is just asking for trouble. Yes these are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Also this set will last you for a life time in my view.

High quality tools. These work great as long punches and for driving/removing bearing races. The only downside I did notice is that sometimes the smaller punches will fall out of the slip bag.
